The Positive Pit Stop is a new, regular online show hosted by ITV Motorsport Presenter and former BTCC racer Paul O’Neill, alongside experienced Mental Health Campaigner, Tony Jameson-Allen.

For each show the duo will speak to special guests from the world of sport and entertainment to catch up on their latest news and plans for the year ahead, while also introducing and exploring a topical subject relating to mental health and well-being.

This week's show features Racing Driver, Sarah Dennis and Mindset and Meditation Coach, Danielle Simpson

The show is designed to be interactive, giving members of The Positive Pit Stop the opportunity to get involved by submitting questions, taking part in the live show and even sharing their own positive experiences and stories.
