Suspension in Comfort Mode

2010 LX570, 95,000km, bought from Lexus Perth Jun19.
Vehicle has a suspension issue that causes a shudder and jarring type vibration to come up through the floor and steering column. Shudder appears to have both vertical and horizontal components.
The initial deviation takes between three and five oscillations to rectify.
I have an LX470, and a RX350, and both vehicles are smooth to drive and do not have this issue.
I have driven an identical LX570 and it does not have this problem.
Problem is minimal on smooth roads.
The video shows the shuddering through the steering wheel at 100kmh. I consider this issue dangerous as the harmonic type bouncing is causing a reduction in road contact and friction.
Lexus Perth engineers have driven the vehicle on two occasions and are unable to find or offer a solution.
If anyone has seen this problem before I would greatly appreciate your comments.
This vehicle has a retail value of AUD$180,000.
