Well know for their high response and balanced demo cars from popular Japanese media and Gran Turismo, the Skyline GT-R R32, 33, 34 , 35 and Lancer Evo V. A tuned car must be comfortable and easy to drive fast and confidently even if it is tuned for high power. Figures only tell half the story when it comes to control of a sports car. To corner, stop and accelerate with total balance with impressive performance bringing a smile and satisfaction to the owner. This is the essence and motto of Niikura san, the founder of MINE'S motor sport. We visit their garage in Yokusuka and have a chat with him about his philosophy and have a look around the shop at their tuning parts and goods. This is also the very place that the late Paul Walker of the 'Fast & Furious' franchise visited a few years ago.

In May 1985, Mine's was established as an exclusive motor sport tuning shop.
In February 1991, Mine's Wave Co., Ltd. was established.
Later in January 2004, it was incorporated as Mine's Co., Ltd.

We specialize in the development, manufacture, installation and sales of high performance automotive parts and engines.
Among our products is the VX-ROM, which is considered a pioneer in the field of engine management.
Our tuning philosophy is to focus on maximizing the balance of power, handling and braking whilst using our extensive experience and data to maintain reliability.
This lends itself to the spirit of car manufacturers in Europe.

Whilst some tuners pursue big power figures at the cost of drivability and reliability, we focus on the total driving experience and the harmonization between driver and machine in terms of acceleration, braking and cornering.
