Service Advisor
A Service Advisor's primary responsibility is to provide outstanding customer service and the best experience possible for someone dealing with a broken vehicle. The Service Advisor will also make sure the shop is running smoothly and efficiently.

Apprentice Technician
The Apprentice Technician's purpose is to be an ethical person with the right attitude and willingness to learn. He/she must be willing to learn from others as well as follow written and verbal procedures to service and repair vehicles. He/she must be willing to clean and maintain their work area and shop equipment.

Journeyman Technician
The Journeyman Technician's purpose is to be a highly trained and knowledgeable technician able to diagnose, inspect, repair, service, and overhaul vehicle problems and maintenance.
